Prima E. Sedorovitz, 96, of Dickson City passed away comfortably with her family and nurses by her side. She was the widow of Staney Sedorovitz.
Daughter of the late Louis and Rachel Aramento Balzani, she loved her Lord Jesus. She was a devoted wife and mother who showed great strength in the many adversities in her life. She had many loving friends who meant so much in her life. She loved making puzzles with her friends in her apartment complex, but she was best known for her extraordinary housekeeping.
She is survived by her daughter Elaine and husband Bill Leggat, (Dickson City), son Robert and wife Mary Ann, (Scranton), and grandsons Eric, Christopher, and Thomas Sedorovitz, and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her daughter Mary, son Thomas Sedorovitz, sisters Maria “Santina” Muys and Angela Sciartilli, and brother Peter Balzani.
The family would like to give special thanks to Interim Home Health Care and Allied Hospice for their compassionate care.
A blessing service will be held Thursday at 12PM in the Cathedral Cemetery Chapel, Oram Street in West Scranton. Interment in the cemetery will follow.
